Submission & Processing Fees

CineSetu charges a one-time submission and processing fee that covers essential services such as content evaluation, quality checks (QC), documentation review, metadata preparation, and the submission process.

ApnaScreen Submission: ₹15,000 + GST

Outright Sale Submission: ₹25,000 + GST

Digital-Only Distribution: ₹20,000 + GST

The processing fee is not collected at the initial submission stage. Our team first conducts an internal review of the film, its documentation, technical quality, rights, and commercial potential. Payment is requested only when our team is satisfied that the content has a strong and realistic possibility of being placed with ApnaScreen or one of our OTT partners.

Final acquisition, licensing, and platform placement remain subject to approval by the respective OTT platform and its applicable terms and policies.

Content selected for ApnaScreen may be offered under different commercial models depending on the title, including exclusive licensing, revenue-sharing, AVOD, PPV, or other mutually agreed arrangements.

Our team reviews every submission based on content quality, audience potential, technical standards, documentation, rights availability, and suitability for the platform.

Our Submission Process

Once your content is submitted, the CineSetu team conducts an initial evaluation of the project, including its creative quality, technical quality, commercial potential, available rights, documentation, and platform suitability.

If we believe the project has potential, our team may contact you for additional information, screeners, metadata, legal documents, technical files, or commercial discussions.

Following approval, CineSetu may recommend the title for ApnaScreen, selected third-party OTT platforms, or both, depending on the agreed distribution strategy.
